We’re happy to see you book a session with us. Below, you can enquire about session availability - but don’t forget to read terms and conditions before enquiring!
Booking Terms and Conditions
Photography is only permitted from inside the hide, all other areas are strictly out of bounds. Please respect that the land owner lives nearby and we are on private property.
Dean will be on site during your visit and will also guide you on and off the premises.
Toilet facilities are available on site.
Please keep the hide tidy and dispose of your litter responsibly.
Once you are in the hide please keep noise to a minimum, certain species can be very sensitive and remember that we are guests in their environment.
If you have any questions or requests regarding your day in the hide, please email Dean prior to your visit and he will do what he can to make your day more memorable.
A £20 deposit is required upon booking the hide (non refundable).
Whilst Dean will make every effort to ensure the wildlife appears for you on the day so that you leave with some memorable images, please remember as with all non captive animals and birds there are no guarantees as to what will make an appearance on the day of your booking.
Smoking is NOT allowed within the hide, but a smoking area is provided at the rear of the hide.

Harvest mice photography sessions are held outdoors and weather dependant. Windows on Wildlife may contact you to reschedule your booking if they feel the weather will not be suitable for your planned visit.
Booking onto hide days or a workshop means that you accept the terms and conditions stated.
The Booking Process
Enquire.
Through the form below, tell us what type of session you wish, an approximate date you wish to attend on, and your details, so we can contact you to confirm a booking.
Wait.
We will soon reach out to you to discuss the details of your booking via the method of contact you prefer.
Confirm.
The details of your booking will be discussed with you - including the dates and times available for a session to take place, that is best for you and us. Special considerations and requests will also be considered for approval.
Deposit.
After a session booking is confirmed, a £20 non refundable deposit is required to finalise, to be sent by you via your preferred method of payment. Our payment details will be conveyed to you during booking confirmation.
Pay.
To fully pay for your booking, we will email you a link to our private bookings page, where you select the session and number of attendees you have confirmed with us and make the final payment. Do this around 48h before you are due to attend the session, so you are sure you can make it.

On the date and time agreed, Dean will meet you at the Barley Mow Inn Carpark (Long Lane, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 7AH) to begin your session. Enjoy your time!

Gift Vouchers
GIFT Vouchers are now available to purchase for the Windows on Wildlife Woodland pool hide and Harvest mice workshops. Each voucher is personalised for the individual and are available as a Full day's hide hire, Half day's hide hire or any amount specified by the customer, (any balance to be paid prior to or on the day of your visit).
All vouchers are valid for a full 12 months
Please note: gift vouchers are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for a different workshop
Accommodation
Gordon House would be our recommended choice during your visit, excellent reviews and a very short drive to the Windows on Wildlife meeting point.
Located in the ancient town of Wimborne Minster and a short 10 minute drive to our meeting point.
Premier Inn at Ferndown is also very close to the Windows on Wildlife hides and workshops.
